​Collection and Recycling Arrangements in Portugal

Avdel® products are sold in Portugal by Concessionaires. The Concessionaire acts as the importer of the equipment into Portugal. Thus the Concessionaire has the legal responsibility to:

• Register as the WEEE producer in Portugal.
• Finance arrangements for collection and recycling of WEEE arising from Avdel® products that the dealer sells in Portugal.
